These terms cover the Say the Same Thing ("STST") apps for iPhone and Android and the STST website at app.saythesamething.com, from Space Inch, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using STST you agree to them.
STST is free to play. You sign in with Apple or Google, and your games, friends, and history stay with your account on every device and on the website.
Please play fair with other people. Don't use a name, avatar, word, or chat message that is offensive, harasses someone, or pretends to be someone else. We may hide content, change a name, or close an account that breaks these rules.
STST Premium is a subscription that lets you start more games each day and replay your games whenever you want. It costs $3.99 a month or $24.99 a year in the United States. Prices in other countries can differ, and the price is always shown before you pay.
You can subscribe in the iPhone app through the App Store, in the Android app through Google Play, or on the website, where payments are handled by Stripe. Premium comes with your account wherever you sign in.
Premium renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the current price, until you cancel. You're charged through the App Store, Google Play, or the card you used on the website.
To cancel:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting your STST account ends a website subscription, but it doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel those first.
Purchases in the apps are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies: use reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or Google Play's refund request for Android.
For a purchase on the website, email hello@saythesamething.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. After 14 days we don't refund time you've already paid for, but you can cancel so you aren't charged again.
If the price of Premium goes up, we'll tell you before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before then. The App Store and Google Play also notify you under their own rules.
The words and messages you send are yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people you play with so the game can work. The STST name, artwork, and software belong to Space Inch, LLC. You're welcome to play, share your results, and invite friends.
We keep improving STST, so games and features will change over time. We try to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. STST is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for STST in the 12 months before a claim.
If you use STST on an iPhone or iPad, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change affects your subscription, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
